All Blu-rays provide 1080p video, that's around 4 times as much detail as DVD, as well as surround sound as standard. Although they're visible using a standard Television, you've got a real treat if viewing them on high definition TV (either HD-Ready or preferably 1080p/Full-HD TVs).
